Goal.
Run 4.5 miles today.
Eat light because I'm going to a Fish Fry with Grandma.
Run a bunch of errands.
I feel compelled to do some daily blogging here but I always fizzle out. It's because I track in too many places. (on myfitnesspal and use body media)
My goal with half training this time is to do some speed work and run 3x a week instead of 2. Yoga is on Sundays now, so that leaves Monday, Wednesday, and another random day for cross training (weights, plyo,cardio DVDs, the glider trainer thing at the gym). My time last year was 2 hours and 25 minutes in sweltering heat.
I can't believe I'm up to 127. I'm gonna blame it in hormones because I was seriously 125 last week. I caught my reflection in yoga and it was awful.
Regardless it's time to turn this car around.
