2 full weeks and I feel pretty good. My workout week starts on Sunday with Core Synergistics.
My goal with structure during this round is to keep going to my regular yoga classes, keep the resistance workouts of p90x lean, and maintain three days of running. 3 days of running means a double workout one day. I haven't hit that yet but that's okay.
I counted my calories and kept them under 1500 almost all days. I was conscious of when I was feeling stressed or sad and looking to use food to stuff those feelings down. At work I've started walking on my breaks instead of eating whatever is in the staff room. I feel refreshed when I get back into work. Drinking lots of water too.
