Day 1 is almost over. Core is completed. I almost skipped. I almost hit 'restart' and was going to push day 1 to Tuesday. But my jeans are too tight and I know I can feel better. But I did it. We all start somewhere. Brunch was a granola and yogurt bowl with coffee, water, and 1 mimosa. At the cookout I ate salad, a little potato salad, 3 cookies and water. We all start somewhere.
