I'm doing this.
I know, I know another challenge?
On on my last week of my Body for Life challenge (I'll post stats this weekend). I'm starting a new training program The New Rules of Lifting for Women (NROL4W) next week.
The challenge can be found here.

It was started by my friend Melanie. She's a Beachbody coach. I met her at Fitness Camp in 2008.
Here's the challenge:
Now, the rules are really simple for this challenge, but it's up to YOU to do the work. I'm not telling you that you have to do any certain workouts nor am I telling you how to eat... those goals are up to you to set. This challenge is about improving yourself, one step at a time. So, let's get started...
STEP 1: SET YOUR GOALS
-Lose half a pound a week.
STEP 1: SET YOUR GOALS
-Lose half a pound a week.
- Do my best on all my workouts
- slowly increase my running
- yoga at least twice
STEP 2: SET YOUR ACTIONS
STEP 2: SET YOUR ACTIONS
1. I will keep a daily journal through twitter or Lose it and (maybe) share it with my fellow challengers.
2. I will get up at 6am to do my workouts, so I'm not distracted by the nice weather after work activities or the pull of the comfy couch.
3. I will not let my habits slip because of the social environments that I may find myself in this month (friend, family, etc.) But I will allow wiggle room for Easter and my partner's birthday.
4. I will believe in myself. I will remain positive.
STEP 3: TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
STEP 3: TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
I'll keep track here. Post stats this weekend. Post more stats in 30 days.
I will stay accountable to myself and my other challengers!
Spring is here! I get to go outside!
STEP 4: DECIDE YOUR REWARD
STEP 4: DECIDE YOUR REWARD
a massage and a pedicure
That's it! Simple, right?
That's it! Simple, right?
It's going to be super nice today. Sunny, 70 degrees. I already did my upper body workout. I'm planning on a nice salad on the patio with a glass of wine (I've built it into my eating plan for today), followed by a nice bike ride!
[this is good] i just bought this book two weeks ago too! i am just reading it for knowledge, not the workouts (yet).

The author good advice and writes with a sense of humor. I'm not too sure about the food timing thing like when to eat carbs. I'm starting the workouts this week. I'm going to try it for 4 weeks and see how it goes. :)
