i'm tried. I don't want to workout. I want to curl up on the couch with the dog.
But life is all about choices.
I am choosing to put the coffee on, put on the workout clothes, and do a cardio workout.
edit: I did 25 minutes of a 50 minute Turbo Jam DVD. It wasn't the same burn as my 20 minute runs but it was good and it was something. I felt pretty awake without coffee.
