I've been working out for a week and a half, eating my vegetables, and drinking water. I was pretty in check over the holidays. AND I feel bigger than I have in 2 years!
But...Rome was not built in a day. I am building positive habits. I am creating permanent lifestyle choices.
one day at a time.
no eating after dinner tonight.
drink lots of water.
push hard. be strong. don't freaking eat everything in site.
I'm 31. My metabolism has slowed. If I wasn't working out and eating vegetables, I would be a lot of bigger. The uphill battle of age begins.
