And by Tuesday I want to throw in the towel.
Yesterday was totally derailed, well not totally.
I ate okay:
eggbeaters
and spinach for breakfast
greek yogurt for a snack, plus a handful or two of popcorn
Jimmy John's veg sandwich for lunch minus mayo and tomato. But I did not resist 3 homemade chocolate chip cookies.
A small piece of divine chocolate cake for another snack. How did this happen? I walked into the staff room for a glass of water and my coworkers were oohing and ahhing over this cake. One said, "This is SO worth the fat grams." So I had to have piece, thinking 'I might miss out'. Really, was I going to 'miss out'? Would I never have cake again? Would my life crumble if I did?
Apple on the drive home.
Dinner with friends at one my favorite vegetarian restaurants.
The good news is I didn't like my entree and didn't eat very much.
I have gotten MUCH better about not eating things I don't like.
The bad news is I had 3 beers.
There goes my No Beer goal.
I missed my workout. I totally forgot about dinner. I was planning a quiet evening at home, doing my workout and reading.
Worse thing ever? No.
Time to get back on track? Yes.
Goals for today: drink lots of water. No candy or treats in the evening. No beer when I get home from work.
30 minute Interval run on the treadmill.
I'm sure the cookies were delish ;) Hang in there :) It really wasn't so bad!

Thanks! It wasn't. I was totally back on track Tuesday and Wednesday.
