Day 4 detox
I could sleep for days!
But my sleep has been good.
Yesterday I got light headed while watching TV. I had half an apple.
Last night I weighed 124.6.
This morning I weighed 123.4.
I know it's water weight but it feels good.
Did my second weight workout at the gym yesterday. I used to be able pull down 70-80 lbs lat pull downs. Yesterday I could only do 27.5. Obviously I haven't lifted in for-ever.
Day 1 was fine. I worked second shift. On my dinner break, I took a nap in my car. I didn't feel hungry, but the greens powder started to get to me. I thought, how am I going to drink this stuff? Had a cup of green tea too.

Day 2. Hungry. I ran 5 miles.
Started to feel foggy headed. I'm definately not as sharp. I've been cold all day. I needed to eat something, so I had carrot sticks for dinner. I've been adding chia seeds to my morning smoothie to move things along. weight: 126.4
Feel pretty good but I miss food. The weight loss has helped, but I'm not any lower than I started. Hopefully these next three days can kick me below 125. Then I can keep going. Feeling really energized. Worried that being home alone tonight will be too tempting, so I'm going to the gym, yoga and for a walk.
I did crow pose in yoga yesterday. I didn't think I would be able to do it because the last time I was able to I was doing a lot of strength training. I haven't been doing any. Just running and cardio and a little yoga. Yesterday I felt really strong in yoga
So I'm probably not going to lose any weight this week.
That's okay. I'll move on. However, it does not mean I can binge all weekend. I still have a 9 mile run to do tomorrow.
I just didn't pull it together. I got most of my workouts in, but food was awful. I have to go back to mindful eating and reminding myself "I'm not hungry". Most of the week was a series of overeating to celebrate and undereating to counter. So my workouts and kale soup cancelled out the cheese fondue and chocolate bunnies.
Picked up The Remedy : the five-week power plan to detox your system, combat the fat, and rebuild your mind and body / Supa Nova Slom. It's basically a whole food, vegan detox. If I get myself to the health food store this week, I'll get some greens powder and flush this toxins out next week.
I do feel pretty gross and I've been drinking coffee again.
